দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:

Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate inthis bidding:
a) General Experience:The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as PrimeContractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
b) Specific Similar Experience: The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector shall be at least 01 (One) contract of [Road Work (Bituminious Carpeting/ HBB)] successfully completed within the last [05 (Five)] years with a value of at least BDT 45,00,000.00 (Fourty Five Lac Only).
c) Average Annual Construction Turnover: The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sectorfrom respective procuring entity shall be greater than BDT 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore Only) over the last 05 (Five) years.
d) Liquid Assets or Credit Facilities: The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 21,00,000.00 (Twenty One  Lac Only).
e) Valid Trade Licence.
f) VAT Registration Certificate.
g) TIN Certificate.
h) Photocopy of NID Card.
