* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৯৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৮০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৯৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২৮০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified.
1. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements
a) A minimum general construction experience of 5 (Five) years.
b) Specific experience of PC girder Bridge work having minimum value of Tk. 8.00 (Eight) crore only successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years.
c) Tender Capacity 8.00 (Eight) crore only.
d) Minimum Average annual construction Turnover of Taka 11.00 (Eleven) crore only for the last 5 years.
e) Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 2.00 (Two) Crore Only.
2. If any tenderer Quoted his rate 10% less or above than the official estimate then the tender shall be non-responsive.
3. If any tenderer Quoted his rate 5% more less or above than the official estimate ; the tenderer should submit the rate analysis.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1. As per Consent of CPTU, the Ternders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system-TDMS.
2. Qualification information and evidences {such at work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc.} of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluated the tenders digitally within short period of time.
3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the infromation provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
4. A Tenderer not having sufficient infromation in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
5. Evaluatin sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC.
And all other criteria stated in the TDS.
