* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৮০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer as supplier shall be 2 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as prime contractor in supplying of Uniform and liveries to any office of DPDC with a value of at least Tk. 2,50,000/-(Two Lac Fifty Thousand) under single contract successfully completed within the last 2 years (Duly supported by work completion certificate and work order copy)
3. The minimum amount of liquid assetssupported by bank solvency certificate or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2,50,000/-(Two Lac Fifty Thousand).
4. Tenderer must have valid trade license,13 digit VAT registration number, updated trade license and latest tax certificate/return submission proof.
5. Uniform and liveries must be supplied as per conditions stated in DPDC Memo No. 87.405.414.00.00.034.2009.78 Date: 29/08/2017 and satisfaction of Executive Engineer, NOCS Kakrail, DPDC.
6. Supply must be completed within 30 days from contract signing date. Supply/delivery time will be stictly followed throught the contract. It will start from the next day of the contract signing date. 
07. Special Instruction to the Tenderer.
a. The Uniform & Liveries to be made & supplied according to the individual measurement.
b. Sample and logo to be approved from the undersigned before making uniforms & Liveries.
c. The work will be done as per requirement and direction of the Officer-in-Change (As instructed by Executive Engineer, NOCS Kakrail, DPDC).
d. Any defect detected to be solved within 07(seven) days of such notification either verbal or written.
