প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:

2.All tenderer regardless of whatever enlisted or not enlisted with employer may submit tender provided that they are otherwise quaqlified as follows and stated in the tender document and TDS
3. Valid Trade license(attested)
4.Update VAT Registration letter(attested)
5. Valid TIN Certificate(attested)
6.Liquid Asset Certificate( collection after publish of Tender Notice)
7.NID(attested)
8.Simillar work experience as per TDS by one work or combination of more work within last 05(five) years.(attested)
9.If the total Quoted amount is more the 10% less/above than the official cost estimate, the tender tender(s) will be rejected. Experience as a sub contractor or management contractor shall not be considered for this tender. As per circular of CE,RHD. Vide memo 215-CE,Date-06/08/2017 i) As per consent of CPTU, the tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of on line database system-TDMS in RHD web site. ii)Qualification information and evidence (such as work experience certificate, on-going works list, Payment certificate for construction turn over etc. of the tenderers as mapped in the e-GP tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can calculate the tenders digitally within short period of time. iii) If there is any conflict information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail. iv)A tender not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
