প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All Bangladeshi national tenderers who have registered in e-GP system may participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Document.
1. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system.
2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, Liquid Asset Certificate etc) of the tender as mapped in the e-GP system must be valid so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
3. Tenderers are requested to fill the necessary information properly and by uploading necessary documents, which will be considered for tender evaluation.
4. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the e-GP system may be evaluated as ineligible.
5. Tenderer of Poor Performance shall not be eligible for this tender.
6. The Tenderer must have his owned/leased Asphalt Plant. With the Tender Document, Tenderer shall have to submit the location of Asphalt Plant which shall have to be located at such a distance from Netrokona Road Division that Asphalt Materials can readily be available at any time at the requisition of the Engineer-in-Charge.
