1. Bidder must have asphalt batching plant in Manda Upazila, Mahadevpur Upazila, Patnitala Upazila and Sapahar Upazila.
2. If the bidder wants to use the asphalt batching plant on rent, he must get authorized by the concerned institution with a stamp worth Tk.300.00 (Three Hundred) and it must be approved by the Sub-Registrar Office.
3. If the quoted price is above or less than 10% of the estimated cost, the tenderer must have to provide valid analysis of each item. Non fulfillment of this criteria shall be treated as non-responsive for that tenderer.
