* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in Building construction/repair works.
ii)Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01 (One) Number of construction/repair works of Tk.25.00 Lac in a single tender during last five years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under who’s Jurisdiction the work has been completed.
iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk.80.00 Lac Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.35.00 Lac, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
v) Pond Rent (Part C) of BOQ section (Section 6) will be fixed. Any deviation in price quotation of this particular part of the section from the stated amount in that section will result the tender non-responsive.
vi) Tenderer must have up to date electrical ABC category Contactor and Supervisory license from electrical licensing board.
vii) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
viii) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate, that tender will be non-responsive.
