* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 5.00 lakh.
b) The required average annual construction turnover must be Tk. 25.00 Lakh or more during the last (05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 6.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation. If the Tenderer successful in more than one Lot/ID (in same Notice that published in Newspaper), should satisfy the Liquid Asset Criteria in multiple of minimum amount [i.e Liquid Asset Amount should be ≥No. of Lots x Minimum Amount of Liquid Asset]; Otherwise the Tenderer shall be disqualified for multiple Lots.
d) The tenderer must have to submit up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
e) According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
f) Among 17 (Seventeen) Nos Tender Id (965360 to 965374, 966167 & 966168) Maximum 01 (One) Nos works will be Provide in a Bidder if Quotated Rate are equal.
g) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
