প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. To Submit e-Tender, All Eligible Contractor who are registered in the National e-GP portal system.
2. The minimum number of years of general Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years .i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the News Paper.
3. a. The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the construction works of at least one (1) number of similar contract complete during last 05 (Five) years.
4. b. Similar nature of works means completion of building with R.C.C frame structure /Repair Maintenace of Civil, Sanitaryband Electrical Work at least Tk. 12(Twelve) Lac in a single Contract under Public fund. This is to be supported by work order/ NOA and completion certificate. Private works or works done by any Developer or Real Estate Company will not be considered.
5. The Required Average annual Construction turnover Shall be Minimum Tk. 12(Twelve) Lac over the period of last 05 (Five) years .i.e. years counting backward from the date of Publication of IFT in the News Paper. Average annual Construction turnover ,i.e total certified payments received for contractors in progress or completed under the Public Sector shall only be considered. Private works shall not be considered.
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be 12(Twelve) Lac. The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for Evaluation. The Liquid asset certificate will be checked by the Procuring Entity.
7. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 12(Twelve) Lac.
8. Up to date Trade License, VAT registration certificate, TIN and National ID card.
