প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) Digital Survey works under single contract that cover similar complexity of works must be completed within the last 5(Five) years of a value of at least Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 9.00 (Nine) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 6.50 (Six point Five) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in PW2a-3 form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Articles of Incorporation or Registration of firm (if applicable).
(g) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 7.00 (Seven) Lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.
