প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least (01) one contract(s) of similar nature Building Construction from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) five years in a single work order of minimum value at least TK. 45.00 lakh. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
(c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 81.00 lakh over the last 05 (five) years ,Total=(81.00x5)= 405.00 lakh (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be TK. 34.00 lakh.Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of (Form PW2a-3) mentioning the name of single work i.e single tender ID.Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be Accepted. Bank solvency certificate and bank statement will be not allowed as liquid asset.
(e) According to Letter No: 03..074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt: 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work /works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
(f) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
