The Tenderer shall be evaluated based on the latest revision of PPA-2006 & PPR-2008. If the quoted price varies by more than 10.00%(above/less) of the official estimate then the tender will be rejected. Tenderer must upload Rate Analysis supporting the quoted rates, if the Total quoted Amount is more than 5% above/less than the approved official estimate.
2.The tenderer have to ensure by certification that the listed Manpower & Equipment will be used only for this partcular package.
