* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১১০,৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Procurement entity reserves the right to except or reject in part or whole or all tender without explanation.
2. Bidder to certify himself that they are not blacklisted or debarred by any Govt. or defense organization within Bangladesh regarding participating in tender and not listed as a debarred in CPTU’s website.
3. Tenderer Must have:
i) Up-to-date valid Trade License of FY 2023-2024.
ii) Up-to-date Income Tax certificate.
iii) VAT and BIN Registration Number / Certification.
iv) NID of Authorized Person.
v) Legal capacity for authorized person.
vi) Technical Speciation of Company Own Pad.

xii) Catalogue/ Drawing.xiii) Liquid Assets for an amount of Tk. BDT 44350000/- xiv) Certificate from Bank of minimum average annual turnover during last 03 years Tk. BDT 33,22,50,000/-. xv) Valid Fire License. xvi) Environment Clearance Certificate. xvii) Last three years audit reports.
4. A minimum of 05 years General Experience certificate in the supply of Goods in any office of Govt. Semi Govt., Autonomous Body or Non-Government company in Bangladesh. 5. Should have at least 05 Work Order of successfully completion of supply of similar Goods (Furniture) of minimum Tk BDT 4,43,20,000/- for Government, Defence or Autonomous sector in Bangladesh in last 05 years.6. Must have Own transport service and goods should be delivered to the NIPORT Head Office, RPTI’s and RTC’s (Details List available in NIPORT Website).
