3. VAT/BIN Registration Certificate.
 
 
 
4. Tender Security Only Pay Order Will Be Accepted.
 
 
 
5. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least one (01) number of similar contract completed during last 5 (five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website/newspaper: Similar nature of work means completion of Similar nature valued Tk. 41.00 Lakh in a single Contract (Building Work) under Public fund.
 
 
 
6. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be minimum Tk. 40.00 Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website/newspaper.
 
 
 
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 14.00 Lakh. The liquid asset certificate issued before publication of IFT will not be considered for evaluation.
 
 
 
8. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate,the tenderer will be rejected.
