প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the civil works shall be 3 years.
The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of similar nature of work in a single contract amounting not less than BDT 2.50 Lakh during last five (03) year in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concern Department/Organization.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 3.50 Lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 3.50 Lakh.
The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 2.50 Lakh.
Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
