A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e Civil repair and maintenance/civil construction work having work completion value of minimum Tk 12(twelve) lac under maximum 1(one) contract over a period of last 3(three) years.
The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than 30(thirty) lac in best 3(three) years over the period of last 5(Five) years
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be Tk 15(fifteen) lac.
