* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৬০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২৬০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. Authorization Letter to submit the Tender on behalf of Tenderer (ITT 10.1(e)
2. Valid e-TradeTrade License (ITT 10.1(g). Trade License Valid for 2023-24 FY.
3. TIN Certificate (ITT 10.1(f)
4. VAT Registration Certificate (ITT 10.1(f). Vat registration certificate Up to date in 2023-24 FY.
5. National ID of Authorized Person (ITT 10.1(e)
6. Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number valid for 2023-24 FY.
7. Brand name, model number, country of manufacture and place of origin of each item must be mentioned compulsorily.
8. Original Color printed catalogs of goods or machineries prepared by the manufacturer must be submitted.
9. Products weblinks of each product of manufacturer from the trusted and verified original website must be submitted if catalog is not found.
10. If the items are supplied from a domestic manufacturer then he must mention factory details with minimum area of 5000 sq. ft.
11. If any bidder submits false document and it is proved then PE will have the right to take actions as per rules PPR.
12. A commitment certificate of installation, testing, commissioning and training with necessary accessories related to each item must be submitted in bidder's a letter head.
13. And other eligibilities will be as per TDS.
