* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১২,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderers must have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law and in support of their qualification; the tenderer must submit the following documents with their e-tender:
1. Valid Trade License.
2. Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate / Return Acknowledgement for tax year 2023-2024.
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
4. The Tenderer shall have general experience in the supply of goods and related services under at least two (2) successful contracts in the last five (5) years of IFT from government / semi-government / autonomous / state-owned organizations.
5. The Tenderer shall have specific experience in the Supply of Air Conditioners under at least one (1) successful contract in the last five (5) years of IFT from government / semi-government / autonomous / state-owned organizations.
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35,00,000.00 (Thirty Five Lakh). The liquid asset certificate must be issued after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP System.
Without one of these, the tender may be considered non–responsive.
