4. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.
5. VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
6. To ensure the Quality of the material, Necessary tests shall be performed by the tenderer as per instruction.
7. Revenue department will receive all the goods.
8. Ensure Software maintenance and support for 5 (Five) Years.
