* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. The tenderer should have minimum years of general experience in the supply or AMC of Software and related services shall be 05(Five) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
b1.Specific experience as a Supplier in supply/AMC of IT Security Software along with related services at least 1(one) contract successfully completed within the last 5(five) years in any government, semi-government, autonomous, semi-autonomous institutions, statutory government authorities, financial institutions, etc., with a value of at least Tk. 40.0(Forty four) Lakh. Specific experience must be substantiated with a completion certificate. A Notice of Award (NOA) will not be considered as completion.
b2. Ongoing/completed supply/AMC related contract documents for quoted product from at least 3(three) organizations within the last 5(five) years.
b4. Organizational/ Manpower qualification of tenderer
1. The tenderer must have a team of a minimum 2(Two) OEM certified Engineers of own in deploying/managing/operating offered PAM solution. 
2.The tenderer must have dedicated support team available 24/7 to provide timely support and resolution of issues, supported by related documents.
3. The tenderer must have an in-house expert(not a third-party contractor or consultant) to lead the project as Project Manager(PM). PM should possess a minimum of five(5) years of experience, demonstrating strong expertise in IT Management, Information Security/Governance, and Security Operations. Additionally, PM should have prior experience managing a minimum of two (2) similar PAM projects in Bangladesh.
c. Other Qualifications stated in TDS.
