প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. The tenderer should have minimum years of general experience in the supply or AMC of Software and related services shall be 05(Five) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
b1. Specific experience as Supplier in supply/AMC of IT Security Software alongwith related services of at least 1(One) contract successfully completed in any government, semi-government, autonomous, semi-autonomous institutions, statutory government authorities, financial institutions, etc., within the last 5(Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 24.0(Twenty four) lakh. Specific experience must be supported by a completion certificate, NOA will not be considered as completion.
b2. Documents related to Ongoing/Completed supply/AMC agreements for Security Products within the last 05(Five) years for at least 3(Three) organizations,
b3. Organizational/ Manpower qualification of tenderer
1. The tenderer must have a team of a minimum of three (3) experienced member in deploying/managing/operating Security Operation Center(SOC).
2.The tenderer must have minimum one Certified Security Analyst
3.The tenderer must have minimum one Certified SOC Analyst
4. The tenderer must have minimum one Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst
5. The tenderer must have dedicated support team available 24/7 to provide timely support and resolution of issues supported by related documents.
