* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. This invitation of tender is open for all eligible contractors (Enlisted and updated Except Defaulter Contractors).
a. Updated Renewal License. b.Update Trade License. c.Update VAT Certificate. d.Update Tax Clearance Certificate, e.Nationality Certificate.
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Repair, Maintenance and Renovatio of Civil, Sanitary, Electrical works as Prime Contractor, subcontractor or management contractor shall be 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the News Paper.
3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor, sub-contractor or management contractor in construction works of at least one (1) number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (five) years: Similar nature of work means completion of Repair, Maintenance and Renovatio of Civil, Sanitary, Electrical valued Tk.9.40 (Nine Lakh Fourty Thousand Taka) in a single Contract under Public fund. This is to be supported by work order/NOA and completion certificate.
4.The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be minimum Tk. 23.50 (Twenty Three lakh Fifty Thousand) lakh over the last 05 (Five) years i,e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website/newspaper. Average annual Construction Turnover i,e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector i,e Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies shall only be considered. Private works shall not be taken into account.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 7.50 Lakh (Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand Taka). The liquid asset certificate issued before publication of IFT will not be considered for evaluation.
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 11.00 Lakh (Eleven Lakh Taka)
