a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
b.Following documents are to be submitted/uploded.
(I) General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in last 03 (Three) years in any government organization.
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk. 83000/- (eighty Three thousand) under 01(one) contract in the last 03(three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.
(IV) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets or credit facilities Value of Tk. 83000/- (eighty Three thousand) issued 2024..
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(VI) e-BIN Registration Certificate.
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
(VIII) Sample 200 gm Unnotamaner Cholar Dal must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
