The Tenderer shall have a minimum two years of General experience in any Govt. sector.
A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 1.5 [One point five] Lakh under One of contract(s) over a period of 5 [Five] years shall be required.
The Tenderer shall have minimum Liquid assets or cash flow/Credit facilities of Tk. 1.5 [One point five] Lakh.
The tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate and acknowledgement paid recite from the NBR with TIN.
The tenderer must have to submit up to date VAT Registration Certificate with the NBR.
The tenderer must have to submit up to date valid Trade License.
The tenderer must have to submit furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet.
Any type of unethical and any conflict with Government rules should be considered as a crime contractor is liable for it.
Any type of damage of equipment liability lies on contractor.
If any other additional materials and works are required for the completion of the work, contractor have to supply the additional materials and works within the quoted price.
Payment will be done as per actual completed works.

NB: If the above mentioned documents are not submitted, the tender will be rejected.
