প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature Manufacturing and Supplying of New furniture at least in 01 (One ) Contract successfully completed in a single Work Order within the last 05 (Five) Years amounting to Tk. 7.00 Lakh in any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh (along with NOA & Completion certificate should be enclosed).
b) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities (in Form e-PG3 – 5) of the tenderer shall be BDT. 10.00 Lakh only.
c) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated: 30/08/2018 & Memo No: 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No: 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date: 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
d) If the tenderer submits a tender by quoting a price significantly lower than the official estimated price, the tender evaluation committee shall consider the tender as not acceptable or non-responsive according to the PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).
e) The tenderer must have to submit detail Analysis against their Quoted rate, without any satisfactory explanation and rate analysis the tenderer not to be considered as a qualified tenderer
f) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
