* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫০০,০০০ ~ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature works completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 4.00 (Four) Lakh under single Contract in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk 10.00 (Ten) Lakh in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years with a year-wise list.
d). The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 6.00 (Six) Lakh and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PG2-5 form.The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in PG2-5 shall not be accepted.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 5.00 (Five) Lakh.In order to calculate minimum tender capacity, the tenderer must submit list of contract agreement,up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under public sector.
f) The Tenderer must possess and submit Up to date Valid Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Up to date Audit Report of the Firm, Work Programme in Bar Chart etc.
