দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 years.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works at distribution pipeline networking of water supply or deep tubewell with submersible pump with super structure at least Tk 66 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 55 lakh over the last 5 years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 53 lakh. Use standard format incase of line of credit.
5. Tender Capacity Tk 70 Lakh.
Note that (a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase.
                      (b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unreleastic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive.
