দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৯,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৯,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৮৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) All tenderer must be registered in e-gp portal system.
2) Payment will be made upon availability of fund; no claim will be entertained.
3) It is the tenderer's responsibility to submit all documents in their original form. If any documents become corrupted and the evaluation team is unable to open the file, no claim will be considered.
4) VAT & IT from bill will be deducted as per prevailing Government Rate.
5) If any type of Structure/Obstrucle is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design & Specification, the tenderer will do this at his own expense. No extra claims will be considered.
6) The tenderer must follow the latest instructions and formats of CPTU.
7) If BWDB owned land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design & Specification, the bidder will do this at his own expense and planning.
8) It is mandatory to submit video and still photographs of the said work in pre-work and post work condition to PE at contractor's own cost.
9) Quantity of work may extremely change and Design may also be modified.
10) Cost of pre work, interim and post-work survey will be borne by the contractor.
11) The work must be executed as per approved design uploaded at Sec-9 & technical specifications of BWDB uploaded at Sec-7of tender document.
12) The approved taskforce guideline uploaded at Sec-8 will be followed.
13) In addition to BWDB, the consultant of DRMEP project will monitor and check the quality and quantity of executed work.
14) Work Order will be issued after signing of MoU between concerned authority of BWDB & DDM.
