প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderers must have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law and in support of their qualification; the tenderer must submit the following documents with their e-tender:
1. Valid Trade License for the FY 2023-2024.
2. Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate / Income Tax Return Acknowledgement for tax year 2023-2024.
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
4. The Tenderer shall have general experience in the supply of goods and related services under at least two (2) successful contracts in the last five (5) years of IFT from government / semi-government / autonomous / state-owned organizations.
5. The Tenderer shall have specific experience in the Supply of Furniture under at least one (1) successful contract in the last five (5) years of IFT from government / semi-government / autonomous / state-owned organizations.
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lakh). The liquid asset certificate must be issued after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP System.
Without one of these, the tender may be considered non–responsive.
