Tenderers must have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law and in support of their qualification; the tenderer must submit the following documents with their e-tender:
1. Valid Trade License for the FY 2023-2024.
2. Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate / Income Tax Return Acknowledgement for tax year 2023-2024.
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
4. The Tenderer shall have general experience in the supply of goods and related services under at least one (1) successful contract in the last three (3) years of IFT from government / semi-government / autonomous / state-owned organizations.
Without one of these, the tender may be considered non–responsive.
