* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tenderer must have general experience of three (03) years.
b) The Tenderer must have a specific experience of lube oil testing work in any reputed organization of an amount not less than Tk. 40,000/- (Taka Forty thousand only) under a single contract within last three (03) years. The Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Work CompletionCertificate / Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Evidence(s) must contain full detailsof the Contracts such as organization name, Contract number, Contract Price of the supplied items, Final Contract Price asexecuted, completion period with date, details of the certificate issuing person etc. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / ContractAgreement / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.
c) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 40,000/- (Taka Forty thousand) over the last three (03) years. Supporting documents to be submitted.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 40,000/- (Taka Forty thousand) on or after the date of publication of IFT. Supporting documents stating the amount must be submitted.
N.B.: years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
