* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The Tenderer shall have minimum 03(Three) years general experience in Printing and Supply in Govt./ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
2)  Minimum specific experience as suppliers in supply of similar item at least in 01(one) contract successfully complete in a single work order within last 02 (Two) years amounting of Tk 5.00 (Five) lakh in Govt./ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
3) The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets Tk 6.00 (Six) lakh for supporting by the bank as a Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit or Bank statement for at least 01month as per Audit report.
4) Tenderer who posed i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iii) Up to date TIN certificate iv) NID card.
5)  Satisfying the other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS).
6) Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh.
