* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫০০,০০০ ~ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Eligible Tenderer must have to submit the following documents:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of overall experience in the Supply of Furniture and related services. It is mandatory to submit the evidence of this experience in a single specific file with proper file name. If the required experience documentation is not submitted in the single specific file, the tender will be automatically rejected with no exceptions.
(b) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 1 (one) number supply contract of Supply of Furniture and related services amounting BDT 400000/- (Four lakh Tk Only) within last 3 ( three) years. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper. It is mandatory to submit the evidence of this experience in a single specific file with proper file name. If the required experience documentation is not submitted in the single specific file, the tender will be automatically rejected with no exceptions.
(c) The Tenderer must be submitted the Bank’s Letter of Commitment for Line of Credit (Form PG2-5) of Tk. 400000/- (Four lakh Tk Only) from scheduled Bank of Bangladesh to be issued within 21 (Twenty One) days before the deadline of submission of Tender.
