* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
General experience: The tenderer shall have minimum 05(five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
Specific experience: The tenderer shall have minimum specific experience in supply of different types of stationary products to Govt./ semi Govt./ autonomous organizations of at least one contract successfully completed within the last 03(three) years, with a value of at least BDT 15 lac. Notification of Award (NOA), work orders & supply agreement are not acceptable as specific experience. Only successful completion certificate from a genuine authority clearly showing the specific experience in supplying similar goods within specific time will be accepted.
Financial Capacity: The minimum capacity of liquid assets i.e, working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 15 lac.
