This is an OTM tender. Potential suppliers and manufacturers are eligible to participate in this tender.
For supplier: (a) Valid trade license. (b) Vat resistration (BIN). (c) Up-to-date Tax certificate(TIN). (d) Bank solvency certificate. Minimum 45 (Forty-five) Lakh liquid assets from an authorized person of any Schedule Bank [Certificate is required for 15 (Fifteen) days before the date of submission of the Tender].
(e) The minimum General experience as a Supplier in the supply of supper enamel copper wire of at least [05] contract (s) completed within the last [03] years in a Goverment/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization, each with a value of at least Tk. [20 Lac]. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(f) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Supper Enamel Copper wire of minimum [40 Lac] under maximum [01] contracts in the last [03] of years in Goverment/Semi-Government/Autonomus Organization. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(g) Manufacturer's authorization letter.
For manufacturer: (a) Valid trade license. (b) Vat resistration (BIN). (c) Up-to-date Tax certificate(TIN). (d) Manufacturing Licence from Bangladesh Govorment. (e) ISO Certificate. (f) Production capacity of supper enamel copper wire.
(g) The minimum experience in the supply of supper enamel copper wire of at least [05] contract (s) completed within the last [03] years in a Goverment/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization, each with a value of at least Tk. [40 Lac]. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
