* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer:
I. The Tenderers shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services.
II. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum BDT 5,00,000.00 (five lac only) under a single contract in any Govt./Semi Govt./Public Limited organization/Bank or Financial Institute in the last Three (3) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
III. Joint venture is not applicable for the procurement of goods.
IV. Tenderers who are blacklisted in any organization are not eligible for this tender.
V. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line (s), net of other contractual commitments are BDT 10,00,000.00 (Taka Ten Lac Only)
VI. Tenderers must submit manufacturer brochure & catalogue.
