* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৯১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৭৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৯১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২৭৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All Bangladeshi national tenderers who have registered in e-GP system may participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Document.
The following conditions shall be considered:
1) Tenderers are requested to fill different Tender Forms (Section-5) properly with necessary information and by uploading necessary documents, which will be considered for tender evaluation.
2) If the total quoted amount is by more than 10.00% (above/less) of the official cost estimate then the tender will be rejected. If the total quoted price is more than 5% (Five percent) than the Engineer's Estimate, the tenderer shall submit item wise Analysis of Rates in support of his quoted rate.
3) The tenderer shall submit year wise payment certificate for calculation of turnover. Supporting documents have to be uploaded division wise in separate file/folder in case of RHD, and department wise in separate different folders for other organizations in in the Tenderer Information Form(e-PW3-2)-Part-2 Qualification Information of the Tenderer [ITT Clause 31].
4) The Tenderer shall submit Turnover calculating sheet,Tender Capacity Calculation Sheet,On-going works value calculation (Both pdf copy and Excel sheet copy as per attachment in section 8- Particular Specification)
5) Documentary evidence of ongoing works (Work order/Notice to Commence,JV deed agreement and last certified bill copy with payment voucher)
6) In JVCA certificate supporting for turnover must be mentioned the share of each partner supported by JVCA Agreement. If the JV Agreement/certificate is not provided, then the respective certificate may not be considered for turnover calculation.
7) Unnecessary / Excess documents are discouraged to upload/attach.
