প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1) Tenderer(s) forming JVCA in accordance with respective clauses stated in the tender document and as per latest circular issued by CPTU vide memo no. IMED/CPTU/262/2011-1192 dated 26/07/2015 may participate in the tender. (2)The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements.
(a) A minimum general construction experience of 05(Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a tenderer's a Satisfactory completion of Labour supply and jungle cutting works of minimum Tk. 2.00 ( Two) Lakh under 1 number of contract in the last 5 (Five) years.
(c) The tenderer(s) must have minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk.  3.00 (Three) Lakh over Last 5 years.
(d) In Past performance evaluation matrix, tenderers must submit Contract Agreements with Completion Certificates for low value tenders (<1.00 lac) and tenders without e-GP. (CE order No: 35.01.0000.001.07.003.23-1281, Date: 08/06/23)
(e)Tenderer of Poor Performance shall not be eligible for this tender
(f) Minimum liquid asset of Tk.  3.00 (Three) Lakh is required.
(2)Tenderer(s) must have minimum Tender capacity of Tk. 2.30 (Two point Three zero) Lakh.
(3) All other criteria stated in the TDS.
