দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Special Notes
1. The contract prices of these packages are comprised of GoB Grant (around 30%) and IFAD Loan (around 70%). IFAD Loan is payable for completed works with in June, 2024.
2. Running Arrear bills of both GoB & IFAD parts will be paid, if the progress of works of these packages are equal to or more than Pro-rata progress on the date of entry of R/A bill.
3. If the works of these packages are completed with in June, 2024 the full amount of contract price comprised of GoB Grant and IFAD Loan will be paid in full. In case of failure to complete the works of these packages with in June, 2024 the Contractors has to go through challenges of GoB approval for extension of Project Period and additional GoB Grant to these packages to be paid in place of IFAD Loan part.
Eligibilities:
1. All tenderers/firms must be registered with CPTU through the e-GP portal.
2. All administrative orders regarding payment issued from time to time will be followed strictly.
3. Payment will be paid on the availability of fund.
4. Scope of work/ contract price may be reduced depending on the actual field conditions.
5. The contractor must visit the site and get acquainted with the condition of the site, the scope of work, and the available workspace before tendering.
6. No fees will be provided for the preparation and submission of the offer.
7. The contractor has to keep video and image records of the work in different stages (before starting, during, and after completion) at his own cost and submit the same to the office of the Executive Engineer. (Circular attached in Section 7).
8. Volume of work may be increased or decreased depending upon the actual field condition.
