a. All the tenderers must follow the rules and regulations of the PPR 2008.
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded
1. General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services last 03 (three) years in any government organization.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2.25 (two point two five) lac one contract successfully completed within the last three years .
3. Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets 1.75 (one point seven five) lac
4. Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier (FY 2023-2024).
5. Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
6. e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate
7. All certificate must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazetted officer.
8. Sample (250 gm chholar dal) must be submitted into 3 (three) transparent containers to the jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
