প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Valid trade license.
b) Vat registration Certificate.
c) Up-to - date Income tax Clearance Certificate.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12500000.00
e) Having expirience in Successful completion of at least One (01) No similar nature work (Building work) amounting Tk. 50000000.00 ( Five Crore) within the last Five (05) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
f) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 70000000.00 (Seven Crore) over the last Five (05) years.
g) Work done bill will be paid in accordence with fund availablity.
h) One tenderer will not be awarded more than one work in this notice.
