Tenderer should fulfill all criteria which are stated as below:
Up to date Trade license/VAT/Tax Certificate.
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be Three (3) years. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last Five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. Seven lac (7,00,000 Tk) in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous body (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
The tenderer shall submit liquid asset by bank or credit facilities as STD prescribed form is provided in Form PG2 – 8. The tender will not be considered as responsive without submitting liquid asset by bank credit facilities as STD prescribed form. Amount of liquid asset is TK. 700000/- (Seven lac).
Catalogue to be submitted.
All BD/Pay Order must be in favor of Jashore University of Science & Technology, Jashore.
Manufacturer authorization letter needed (if any) for item priced equal or more than 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) tk.
