* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০০,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All Bangladeshi national tenderers registered in e-GP system may participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Document.
The following conditions shall be considered:
1) Tenderers are requested to fill different Tender Forms (Section-5) properly with necessary information and by uploading necessary documents, which will be considered for tender evaluation.
2) If the total quoted price is more than 5% (Five percent) less or above than the Engineer's Estimate, the tenderer shall submit item wise Analysis of Rates in support of his quoted rate.
3) The tenderer shall submit year wise payment certificate for calculation of turnover. Supporting documents have to be uploaded division-wise in a single file/folder in case of RHD, and organization-wise in separate different folders for other organizations.
4) Only payment certificate will be considered in calculating turnover.
5) The Tenderer shall submit Turnover Calculation Sheet (Both hard copy and Excel sheet soft copy as per attached file in section 8- Particular Specification.
6) Tender Capacity Calculation Sheet (Both hard copy and Excel sheet soft copy as per attached file in section 8- Particular Specification
7) On-going works value calculation Sheet (Both hard copy and Excel sheet soft copy as per attached file in section 8- Particular Specification
8) Documentary evidence of on-going works (Work order/Notice to Commence and certified latest bill copy)
9) In JVCA certificate supporting for turnover must be mentioned the share of each partner supported by JVCA Agreement. If the JV Agreement/certificate is not provided, then the respective certificate may not be considered for turnover calculation.
10) Unnecessary / Excess documents are discouraged to upload/attach.
