প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) All the Tenderers must follow the PPA-2006 & PPR 2008.
b) Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD)
(I) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk.580000.00 (Five lakh Eighty Thousand) under a maximum 02 (Two) contract in any government organization in the last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of Tk.580000.00 (Five lakh Eighty Thousand) issued after January 2024.
(iv) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(v) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(vi) e-BIN (13-digit) registration certificate;
(vii) Certificate of incorporation (in case of the limited company)
(viii)Sample [200 gm Unnatamaner Mashur Dal (Soru) must be submitted in (Three) Transparent containers to the Habiganj District Jail as per technical specifications on before tender opening date and time.
