* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All e-Gp Registered tenderer in Bangladesh & who fulfill the Qualification Criteria as below :
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 2,95,00,000/- under single contract over a period of last 5 years shall be required.
c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: 750 Quintal/month.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3,35,00,000/- [In case of liquid assets, statement (print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 28 days before bid submission deadline; in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder; in case of credit facilities, the certificate issued by the bank referencing to this package number, tender ID and reference number should be considered for evaluation.]

e) In case of supplier, Manufacturer’s authorization is required. [The authorization letter should be issued by the manufacturer referencing to this tender ID, reference number and package number should be considered for evaluation].

f) The tenderer should fulfill the other requirements of the terms & conditions described in the Tender Document (i.e. stated in Tender Data Sheet, Particular Conditions of Contract & Technical Specifications (Section 6, SL No. 2 uploaded file) .
In case of shortage of any requirement, the tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.
