* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft/Bank Gurantee duly pledged in favor of the Project Director, Further Development of Patuakhali Science and Technology University (2nd Phase) project, PSTU, Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
c. Only copy of Completion Certificate supported by the work order and payment certificate issued by the officer equivalent to executive Engineer and above will be considered for evaluation.
d. i. For Similar nature of works (The minimum specific experience) the tenderer must have successfully completed at least 1(one) number in a single work order (Auditorium Type) of minimum value of Tk. 400.0 Lakh within the last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
ii. Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 430.00 Lakh over the last 5 years. iii. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 430.00 Lakh.
e. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 90.00 Lakh.
f. For submission of any false certificate, the firm may be penalized according to PPA & PPR 127(1,2,3).
g. The bidders who have submitted false documents during perticipation of different tenders under this project of PSTU and which were authenticated after varification from respective certificate issuing offices are need not to perticipate any kind of tender under this project (FDP 2nd Phase) of PSTU.
