প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft/Bank Gurantee duly pledged in favor of the Project Director, Further Development of Patuakhali Science and Technology University (2nd Phase) project, PSTU, Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
c. Only copy of Completion Certificate supported by the work order and payment certificate issued by the officer equivalent to executive Engineer and above will be considered for evaluation.
d. i. The minimum specific experience 1.0 (One) no. 1000 KVA Sub-Station with related works & 1.0 (One) no. 500 KVA Generator with related works), as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of 1000 KVA Sub-Station & 500 KVA Generator similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk.275.00 Lac BDT of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. The above experience/ work completion certificate in a prescribed form A (attached herewith).
ii. Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 800.00 Lakh over the last 5 years. iii. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 400.00 Lac.
e. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 185.00 Lakh.
f. For submission of any false certificate, the firm may be penalized according to PPA & PPR 127(1,2,3).
g. The lowest Evaluated Tenderer must perform PSI to the Approving Authority (minimum 04 Individuals) infront of the factory premisses before shipment of the product.
