1. The minimum specific experience in construction works of similar nature works (Gas pipeline construction works of any size including minimum 4 inch or higher dia with 300 Psig pressure pipeline and related works) successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 120 Lac by single contracts.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 150 lac over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 98 Lac issued by the Bank not earlier than 28 days prior the day of the original deadline for submission of e-Tender.
