6.Preferable Country of Origin: USA, Japan, G-7 or Equivalent.
7.The Bidder must  submit manufacturer's given Agency/ Dealership Certificate along with the offer, otherwise the offer will not be considered for acceptance.
8.The Bidder must submit Warranty/ Guaranty Certificate after delivery the goods.
9.The bidder must submit manufacturer's ISO certificate.
10.Brand & Country of Origin of quoted V-belt must be mentioned in the offer.
11.The Bidder must submit color printed or down loaded catalogue of quoted V-belt.
12. The Bidder must submit manufacturer's authorization certificate in favor of Principal or their Local Agent.
