* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪০০,০০০ ~ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All the tenderer Must Follow the PPR-2008 Roles And Regulation.
2. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(a) The Minimum of years of general experience of the tender in the supply of goods and related services as supplier shall be 03 (Three) years i.e. counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp System.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply similar Goods of minimum Tk. 3,50,000/- (Three Lac and Fifty Thousend ). under maximum 02(Two) contracts in the last 03 (Three) years i.e. counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp System. The minimum specific exprience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(one) contract successfully completed within the last 03(Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,75,,000/-.(One lac Seventy Five Thousend Tk.) The tenderer will submit copy of contract deed along with experience certificate in the e-Gp System.
(c) Certificate of bank solvency with liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk. 3,25,000/- (Three Lac Twenty Five Thousend Tk.) issued betwine publication if IFT and submission date in the e-Gp sstem. [PG 2-5]
(d) The tenderer must submit TIN certificate in the e-Gp sustem
(e) Up-to date Valid Trade License as a supplier ;
(f) Up-to date Income Tax clearance certificate ;
(g) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate ;
(h) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
(i) Sample 200 gm. Mashur Dal (Saru) must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the PE office as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
(j) All othres terms and condititions a stated in TDS and PCC.
(k) All certificates must be attested by 1st calss govt. gazetted officer.
